Annie Leibovitz Edition
Masters of Photography: Annie Leibovitz Edition - Cask No 7023: The Macallan 1991
This week we bring you the third whisky in our Masters of Photography: Annie Leibovitz Edition. Each bottle brings together the art of whisky making and Annie’s interpretation of the world of The Macallan, and this bottle is no exception.
The Macallan 1991 sherry oak puncheon delivers an intensity of rich dried fruits with ginger and cinnamon spice to give vibrancy just like the Bar image it represents. The dark rosewood colour perfectly complements leading man, Scottish actor Kevin McKidd as he meets up with friends to enjoy a dram of The Macallan in Hudson’s Red Dot Bar where the mood is upbeat, lively yet relaxed. Like McKidd, the note of vibrant oak in the 1991 bottle, makes a statement but is refined enough not to dominate.
- Cask No 7023: The Macallan 1991
