The Distil Your World London Single Cask is exclusive to specific bars within London and will also be in The Macallan Estate bar, paired with the snack created by the Rocas.

The Roca Brothers

One of the most celebrated restaurants in the world, El Celler de Can Roca has three Michelin stars and has twice won the title of the World’s Best Restaurant.

The brothers Joan and Josep Roca founded their restaurant in August 1986 in Girona with Joan in the kitchen and Josep in the dining room. Jordi joined the El Celler de Can Roca kitchen two years later.

The Roca brothers take their creations beyond the limits of avant-garde cuisine, adding a unique concept to their dishes that often touches on the artistic, the metaphysical and the intangible.

A Journey of Discovery

Together The Macallan and the Roca brothers embarked on a journey of discovery, driven by the challenge: can you distil the essence of a city?

Ultimately, this led them to their own complex and deep sensorial map of the city and with this map as inspiration, the Roca brothers have created two distinctive gastronomic experiences – a mouth-watering dish and a flavourful snack - each capturing the spirit of London.
