Elchies Brasserie offers wonderful Scottish produce inspired by The Macallan’s iconic Speyside setting and abundant natural larder.
The Macallan is proud to source the finest local ingredients. The varied menu takes inspiration from Scotland’s natural larder and dishes are created with seasonal, local produce at the heart.
Elchies Brasserie is led by Head Chef, Pawel Sowa, who joined The Macallan Estate team in May 2021. Pawel was drawn to The Macallan Estate by a shared passion and continuous drive for uncompromised excellence, feeling an affinity with his own pursuit of perfection. He uses his experience, passion and knowledge in fine dining to create an elevated culinary experience.
Dining at Elchies Brasserie
Please note that we have a 48-hour cancellation policy for all reservations. A deposit of £10pp for lunch is required to secure bookings at Elchies Brasserie and payment will automatically be taken upon booking. Deposits will be deducted from your bill on the day of your visit.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that we have a 48-hour cancellation policy for all lunch and dinner reservations.
A deposit of £10pp for lunch is required to secure bookings and will be automatically charged when a reservation is made. This deposit will then be deducted from your bill on the day of your visit.
Please confirm your reservation more than 48 hours ahead by telephone or email.
Should you wish to cancel or amend your booking, please contact us by telephone (+44 (0)1340 318 000) or email ([email protected]). Deposits are refundable up to 48 hours prior to reservation time, after this time deposits are non-refundable. We would be more than happy to accommodate a change in date for your reservation, please contact us to rearrange your visits.
Dietary requirements
Any allergies or dietary requirements must be stated at the time of booking through the online booking system. We can only accommodate these requests when made at the time of booking.
Any guests with severe allergens are required to contact reservations at the time of booking.
Bespoke events
