HIDE: Ollie Dabbous and Oskar Kinberg
Ollie and Oskar met while both working at the Cuckoo Club in London during the early noughties. Both on a successful career path, they made the calculated decision to venture out on their own and launch Dabbous & Oskars Bar during the height of the recession, which opened to almost instant critical acclaim.
Following on an incredibly successful six years, they decided to start again and open HIDE - which received its first Michelin star in just six months.
