Restaurateur, celebrity chef and judge on competitive cooking reality series Masterchef Indonesia, Arnold Poernomo got a glimpse of his career as a professional chef when he worked at a restaurant in Sydney, but his way was nowhere near easy. The founder of six restaurants in Sydney, Bali and Jakarta started his culinary career as a kitchen hand where he curiously observed the kitchen lives and cooking technique.
