Where can I enter the ballot from?

Our ballot is currently available to 23 countries and can be entered via our account dashboard which is exclusively available on our Global English website.

I didn't see my successful email until after the deadline, can I still purchase?

Should you be successful in the ballot, your payment card will automatically be charged. If this fails, we will send you a payment link via email to complete your purchase.

What are The Macallan Ballots?

The Macallan ballots offer a first option to buy some of our most sought-after new releases. Entries into the ballot are restricted to one per person to provide customers with a fair chance to buy.

You can enter the ballot through your Macallan Account Dashboard, where you will be asked for your shipping address and payment details. The ballot is typically open for one week and when it closes there is an automated selection process. Successful entrants are then automatically charged and notified by email.

I don’t live in one of the countries you deliver to, can I still enter?

Yes, you can still enter the ballot. However, your specified delivery address needs to be in a country we currently offer delivery to.

Can I amend the delivery address from the one I used to enter the ballot?

While the ballot is open, you can change your delivery address by cancelling your entry and re-entering selecting the new address.

Can I change my payment card after I have entered?

While the ballot is open, you can change your payment card by cancelling your entry.
