The Boulevardier
Transport yourself back to 1920s Paris with The Boulevardier. This was the signature drink of Erskine Gwynne who edited the Parisian magazine of the same name. This neat cocktail is a variation on the classic American Negroni, adding European flair.

Ingredients
- 40ml Double Cask 18 Years Old
- 15ml Campari
- 15ml Sweet Vermouth
- Orange twist garnish
Method
- Stir all ingredients over ice.
- Strain into a chilled martini or rocks glass and garnish with an orange twist.
