The Boulevardier

Transport yourself back to 1920s Paris with The Boulevardier. This was the signature drink of Erskine Gwynne who edited the Parisian magazine of the same name. This neat cocktail is a variation on the classic American Negroni, adding European flair.

Our Double Cask 18 Years Old adds to its irresistibly long and warming finish, putting the single malt whisky front and centre in this serve.

Ingredients

• 40ml Double Cask 18 Years Old 
• 15ml Campari
• 15ml Sweet Vermouth
• Orange twist garnish

Method

• Stir all ingredients over ice.
• Strain into a chilled martini or rocks glass and garnish with an orange twist.
