Distillery Evening Dining Experience FAQs
1. Should I book in advance?
Yes, we are only able to accept bookings in advance. Bookings can be made up to 48 hours prior to the desired date of dining. We are currently taking bookings via themacallan.com website.
2. Is there disabled access?
Our distillery and restaurant are fully DDA compliant. Please advise of access requirements at the time of booking.
3. Are children allowed?
Due to licensing and compliance legislation, our evening dining experiences are for over 18’s only. We operate a challenge 25 policy. Please remember to bring ID.
4. What do I do if I want to change the date or time?

5. Is there a drinks menu available?
We have whisky, wine or soft drink pairing options available, all chosen to compliment the dishes on the tasting menu, or you can order from our beverage menu on the night.
Whisky pairings - £85, Wine pairings - £55, Soft drink pairings - £20
6. Is there parking?
Entry to The Macallan Estate is available from the B9102. This is clearly signed for guests to The Macallan. The entrance will take you to parking for the Distillery Experience. Due to the nature of our site access and car park location, we cannot accommodate coaches with capacity exceeding 18 people.
For guests arriving in large motor vehicles seating between 6 and 18 guests, please advise us in advance via phone call or email [email protected] for alternative access instructions.
7. Do you cater for dietaries?
We can accommodate most dietary requirements, please let us know at the time of booking. Due to the style of this menu, prior notice of all dietaries must be given.
