Ingredients
- 100ml of dry apple cider
- 10ml of Sage, Rosemary & Thyme oil,
- 10ml lemon oleo saccharum
- 50ml Double Cask 12 Years Old
Method
- Add all ingredients except for the Double Cask whisky into an urn
- Once hot pour into glass latte cup
- Add 50ml Double Cask
- Garnish with rustic lemon peel, dehydrated apple slice, and cloves
