Please note that we have a 48-hour cancellation policy for all lunch and dinner reservations.
A deposit of £10pp for lunch and £25pp for dinner is required to secure bookings and will be automatically charged when a reservation is made. This deposit will then be deducted from your bill on the day of your visit.

Should you wish to cancel or amend your booking, please contact us by telephone (+44 (0)1340 318 000) or email ([email protected]). Deposits are refundable up to 48 hours prior to reservation time, after this time deposits are non-refundable. We would be more than happy to accommodate a change in date for your reservation, please contact us to rearrange your visits.
Any allergies or dietary requirements must be stated at the time of booking through the online booking system. We can only accommodate these requests when made at the time of booking.
Any guests with severe allergens are required to contact reservations at the time of booking.

We are delighted to welcome children at lunchtime if they are happy to dine from the same menu as the rest of your group or have a prearranged alternative. Please contact us about your family booking, if any special arrangements are required.
Our Evening Dining Experiences are only available for guests over the age of 18.
Only Assistance Dogs are permitted within The Macallan Distillery Experience. Should you have an Assistance Dog, please make us aware of this at the time of booking.
