Edition No. 6 Fishing Experience
Spend a day fishing on the magnificent River Spey.
Join us for a limited experience inspired by Edition No. 6, which celebrates the River Spey and the natural wonders of The Macallan Estate. Spend the day casting your hand on The Macallan Estate fishing beat with our Ghillie Robert Mitchell, enjoying the stunning scenic views of Speyside.
You will be welcomed at The Macallan fishing lodge with refreshments before heading out into the River Spey for a morning of fishing, breaking at midday for a freshly grilled BBQ lunch.
In the afternoon explore The Macallan Estate, learning about our history, heritage and wildlife while enjoying some special drams along the way, including Edition No. 6. Finish off your experience with a personal shopping experience in The Macallan Distillery Boutique.

Duration: 08:30 – 16:30 (one experience per day)
Capacity: Four guests maximum
Price: £400 per guest
Please note that as custodians of the River Spey and the wildlife within, all the fishing that takes place is catch-and-release.

Discover More about the River Spey
The legendary River Spey flows through our Estate and is globally renowned as a home to the mighty Atlantic salmon. The Macallan Ghillie is a custodian of the River Spey and advocate for sustaining the wildlife in and around it.
Wild Atlantic salmon are at risk of becoming an endangered species. Therefore we are working with the Atlantic Salmon Trust to help raise awareness of this, and to support vital conservation work on the River Spey and beyond.
