The Story of Sherry Oak
雪莉橡木桶的风味
我们丰富、果香、酒体浓厚的“新制”蒸馏酒，在查拉斯z特产的雪莉橡木桶中成熟为经典单一麦芽威士忌，特点为香辛，干果和成熟橡木的气息，风味深厚，从12年到40年不等。
为了创造这一系列，我们与提供“从橡树到湿度适合的橡木桶”一条龙服务的西班牙公司紧密合作，在西班牙北部找到符合标准的橡树，进行砍伐、锯断、风干，将其制成橡木板，再运输到西班牙南部深度风干，进一步降低橡木中的水分。橡木桶在接受时长18个月的湿度调整之后，才能抵达苏格兰，用于盛装麦卡伦“新制”蒸馏酒。
