The Macallan in Lalique
The Golden Age Of Travel: The Airship
A luxurious single malt encased in a stunning decanter celebrating the far-reaching innovations of the 1930s.
The Airship
The Culmination of a Stunning Series
A collaboration with French crystal makers Lalique, contained within this exquisite vessel is The Macallan 1940 (35 Years Old) that distils the essence of bygone eras, a time of great change and the seemingly endless opportunities through international travel. The 1930s was a time of luxury and elegance, and during this period casks were carefully laid down at The Macallan Distillery to rest in warehouses, embarking on their own extraordinary voyage.

Exclusive to Global Travel Retail and The Macallan Boutiques, this is the final release in this remarkable limited edition series.

The Macallan 1940 is an exceptional liquid that is testament to The Golden Age of Travel, and the period of glamour and style it represents.
