The Story behind the Serve
Ayla is the protagonist of Cirque du Soleil SPIRIT. A young colourist, she discovers the true colours of nature and her own purpose under the guidance of Davonna, the fierce spiritual guardian of the Scottish Highlands.
This is a fresh and fruity highball that starts as a clinical white serve, transformed by the addition of natural ingredients and whisky, revealing a stunning shade of red.
Make the Serve
Step 1
Combine The Macallan, rhubarb, and tea infusion in a small beaker.
Step 2
Add the lemon & barley cordial to the highball glass over an ice spear then add 100ml of soda water.
Step 3
Pour the contents of the small beaker into the highball glass creating the colour change.
Garnish with the frozen redcurrants on stem and enjoy!
