The Harmony Collection
The Macallan Harmony Collection
Inspired by our deep-rooted connection to nature for nearly 200 years, The Macallan Harmony Collection is a limited annual release series that explores our future packaging journey.
Each release unveils distinctive and innovative packaging that seeks to bring new life to organic by-products which have ended their usual course. It fuses innovative techniques with materials from the natural world at the end of their life to see them reborn with a renewed purpose.
Harmony I
Continuing our long-standing partnership with the Roca brothers, this is a collaboration with Jordi Roca to bring the worlds of chocolate and whisky to life in Casa Cacao, a hotel and chocolate factory in central Girona, Spain. The Macallan Whisky Maker Polly Logan took inspiration from her time at Casa Cacao to create single malts with indulgent chocolate notes.
Harmony II
The second release in this innovative collection embarks on a sensorial journey through the wonderful world of coffee, drawing on the skill and expertise of five coffee experts. The Macallan Whisky Maker Steven Bremner created two whiskies with a distinct coffee note, creating a delightful coffee and whisky pairing experience.

The Chocolate Experience
The first release is a collaboration with world-renowned pastry chef, Jordi Roca, the youngest of the acclaimed Roca brothers of El Celler de Can Roca. As part of the exploration, The Macallan Whisky Maker Polly Logan visited Jordi’s famed chocolate factory, Casa Cacao in Girona and she also spent time with master chocolatier, Damian Allsop.
Given New Purpose
Sustainability has been a constant guiding principle since we began crafting our single malt whisky in harmony with the beautiful nature that surrounds The Macallan Estate in 1824. The Macallan Harmony Collection is inspired by our deep connection to the natural world, which has been at the heart of our brand for nearly 200 years.
The notes in The Harmony Collection whiskies are not something you come across very often. To create them you really need to dig into your knowledge of how flavours interact with each other.
