The Macallan x Peninsula Paris rooftop opened last month, setting a new milestone in the collaboration with the Parisian Palace. The Peninsula Paris offers a radiant escape in the heart of the capital, where the horizon reveals the majestic silhouette of the Eiffel Tower and the timeless curves of Sacré-Cœur.
This year, The Macallan joins the experience, enhancing the ambiance of the bar designed to awaken the senses. Live until the end of September 2025, it will showcase the Double Cask & Time : Space Mastery collections, to be savoured on different formats.
The bar’s design draws inspiration from The Macallan Estate — a land where nature, minerality, and freshness blend harmoniously. The golden hue of the whisky mirrors the last rays of sunlight over Paris, while the bright barley tones enrich the atmosphere, creating a vibrant contrast with the elegant décor.
To accompany these precious moments, Executive Chef David Bizet has imagined a savory menu full of finesse, as a nod to the season. For two, discover a flame-grilled lobster roll with tarragon and sauce Américaine, or a delicate caviar roll, creamy and topped with marine essence. For solo indulgence, enjoy the freshness of a sea bass crudo with salsa macha, or the tenderness of a premium beef carpaccio with burrata and black olives.
