Located on The Macallan Estate, with views of The River Spey, this is a unique beach-inspired outdoor bar space rooted in creativity, storytelling and playful curiosity. Savour tropical serves and sweet pairings, crafted by one of the world’s most innovative pastry chefs, Jordi Roca, served in collaboration with TimeSpirit. As well as tropical cocktails and sweet pairings, drams and non-alcoholic serves will be able for you to enjoy, whilst enjoying views of the River Spey, in the heart of our 485 acre estate.
Take our complimentary shuttle service transfer to and from our distillery or go by foot, enjoying our beautiful countryside along the way (it’s an approximately 20-minute walk with steep incline on the return).
This summer pop-up bar experience is rooted in creativity, storytelling, and playful curiosity. It celebrates the release of The Macallan Harmony Collection Inspired by Fresh Coconut, and Inspired by Toasted Coconut. These releases mark the final chapter in The Harmony Collection, bringing it back to where the journey began: The Macallan Estate.
In the event of bad weather, you will be able to enjoy Coconut Dreams serves and pairings from The Macallan Bar, within The Macallan Distillery, with stunning views of the surrounding Speyside countryside from your table.
Price: No charge for experience, however bar purchases will be charged during your visit

Please note that there are no accessible toilet facilities located adjacent to The Macallan Coconut Dreams Bar. The nearest accessible toilets are situated within The Macallan Distillery. Transfers can be arranged upon request.
