    Discover a serve designed to enhance the delicate flavours of the Harmony Collection Inspired By Phoenix Honey Orchid Tea. This serve brings together the depth of The Macallan whisky with the natural complexity of JING's Phoenix Honey Orchid Tea creating a fresh and refined experience. 

    Crafted with precision, each ingredient complements the whisky's character while drawing out the natural complexity of the tea. This fresh, easy-to-enjoy cocktail is the perfect pre-dinner drink.

    Make the serve

    Step 1

    Shake all ingredients with cubed ice for 12 seconds. 

    Step 2

    Double strain into iced highball glass. Top with soda, garnish with peach/nectarine slice and Phoenix Honey Orchid mist, and serve

    Step 3

    PHOENIX HONEY ORCHID MIST METHOD
    Brew 8g of JING Phoenix Honey Orchid (twice the usual amount) tea in 250ml of water for 3 minutes to enhance the aromatics. 
    Transfer to an atomiser and mist over the top of the glass during service.

    Step 4

    TEA SYRUP METHOD
    Steep 10g of JING Phoenix Honey Orchid loose tea leaves in 100ml of boiling water for 10 minutes. Strain into a clean vessel and mix with 200g of Scottish heather honey. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks
