Event Terms and Conditions Singapore

The following terms and conditions (the “Terms”), together with any information contained in any event invitation/s, booking forms (the “Booking Form”), booking confirmation (the “Confirmation”), and email communications (together, the “Booking Details”), governs the admission to an event (the “Event”) which is organised by or on behalf of Edrington Singapore Private Limited, registered number 201201699G, having its principal address at 12 Marina View, Asia Square Tower 2, Level 24-01, Singapore 018961 (“we” or the “Company”). 

By submitting a booking for the Event, you acknowledge and accept to be bound by these Terms. In the case of a group booking or where you are submitting the Booking Form for an on behalf of other individuals in addition to yourself, you agree on a joint and several basis, on your own behalf and as agent on behalf of such persons for whom you are procuring access to the Event, to be bound by these Terms.
