Delivery Information

DELIVERY TERMS:

We only arrange delivery for the order in Hong Kong S.A.R. except outlying Islands and restricted area such as Lo Wu (and such other places as may be determined by us at our sole discretion), from Monday to Saturday (exclude Sunday and public holiday) between the 9am and 8pm. All orders will be shipped for free, expected delivery timing will be confirmed by appointed delivery service provider notification.

Unless otherwise specified, we will use all reasonable commercial endeavors to deliver the Product(s) ordered within 7 to 14 working days after an order confirmation e-mail is sent to you. We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timescales. Notwithstanding other terms herein, you agree and accept that any Product(s) ordered may be delivered or re-delivered beyond the estimated timescales which shall be subject to the availability of such Product(s), transportation conditions and/or any other factors which may occur within or beyond the control of Edrington Hong Kong. Should there be any delay in the delivery or re-delivery, we will use all reasonable endeavours to notify and/or update you of the delay and/or its progress. However, we shall not be liable for loss or damage caused to you as a result of any delay or failure by us to deliver your order within the estimated timescales.

Once we receive order, we will review the shipping address and reserve the right to charge additional $120 delivery service cost which determined by us at our sole discretion. All additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
