On 3 - 9 September, The Macallan Hong Kong invites you to immerse yourself in a world designed to spark creativity at art studio, while savouring guided tastings of our whiskies and cocktails. To elevate the experience, six renowned bars and emerging industry talents will each host a unique bar takeover, showcasing exceptional cocktails and creative craftsmanship throughout the event.

In The Studio

We are delighted to invite you to step into the artistic world of David Carson and discover the shared mastery of creativity and craftsmanship that defines both David Carson and The Macallan.

Your experience will begin with an introduction to David Carson, The Macallan, and the inspiring creative partnership between them, accompanied by a guided exploration of David's iconic artworks. Guests will enjoy a guided tasting of The Macallan Sherry Oak 18 Years Old, hosted by our Brand Ambassador, uncovering the stories, heritage, and character behind The Macallan's exceptional single malts.

Following the tasting, you will take part in an exclusive hands-on workshop inspired by David Carson's instinctive and expressive artistic approach. Through this interactive session, you will have the opportunity to interpret The Macallan's story and translate your personal impressions into a unique piece of artwork.

To conclude the experience, guests are invited to relax and enjoy a specially curated cocktail, providing the perfect finishing touch to an inspiring journey of art, creativity, and craftsmanship.

As the evening unfolds, the studio is reimagined into an Canvas cocktail bar, guests can experience In The Studio: After Hours.

This exclusive venue will bring together six renowned local bars, each presenting a specially curated cocktail inspired by The Macallan's spirit, heritage, and commitment to craftsmanship.

Admission to the bar is complimentary. Guests are welcome to order drinks directly from the bar for their enjoyment.

From September to October, The Macallan extends the spirit of In the Studio across Hong Kong with 6 selected bar partners. Inspired by Mastery Beyond Reason, bartenders will create original cocktails that reflect their own interpretation of mastery, craftsmanship and creativity. Each serve offers a distinctive way to experience The Macallan, inviting guests to discover the brand through a unique lens.
