Cirque du Soleil SPIRIT - Event Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions (the “Terms”), together with any information contained in any event invitation/s, booking forms, booking confirmation, and email communications, apply to all Events run or organised by or on behalf of The Macallan Distillers Limited (“we” or “the Company”). The Macallan Distillers Limited is incorporated in Scotland (Registered No. SC024068), with its registered office at The Macallan Distillery, Craigellachie, Banffshire, AB38 9RX.

On booking to attend an Event, you agree on your own behalf and on behalf of all guests which form your party to be bound by these Terms.
