The Scots word ‘Gloaming’ translates to the dusk before night fall. This Festive Cocktail pays homage to this word, and is the perfect addition to a twilight evening.
Ingredients:
100ml of dry apple cider
10ml of Sage, Rosemary & Thyme oil,
10ml lemon oleo saccharum
50ml Double Cask 12 Years Old
Method:
Add all ingredients except for the Double Cask whisky into an urn
Once hot pour into glass latte cup
Add 50ml Double Cask
Garnish with rustic lemon peel, dehydrated apple slice, and cloves
