Shipping & Delivery

Ground shipping orders: Our standard delivery timeframe is 5-7 business days.We offer Ground Shipping with a 5.7 Business Day (Monday-Friday) delivery window. Orders placed on the weekend or on holidays will be processed the following business day.To remain compliant with federal laws that govern the shipment of alcohol, please ensure that there is an adult age 21 or over available to sign for the delivery at the shipping address you specify. A valid ID may be required upon delivery.If you have ordered multiple items including giftware, we may ship your items separately. Please expect that some items may arrive in separate packages and may not be delivered on the same day.Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the type of product being purchased, busy periods and public holidays.On-Demand &amp; Same-Day Delivery:Select locations offer “Get It Nowˮ on-demand and same-day delivery options. These orders are fulfilled by local retail partners and delivered within hours of placing your order via services such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, or local delivery drivers.

Why is The Macallan whisky not available for delivery to my location?

At The Macallan, we work closely with our partners to ensure our whiskies are available to buy in exclusive retailers within major cities and key destinations around the world, and our single malt can also be enjoyed in selected bars and restaurants across the globe.&nbsp;You can also visit our state-of-the-art Distillery Experience at The Macallan Estate in Speyside, Scotland, our Online Boutiques and The Macallan Boutiques in locations around the world to explore the extensive range of expressions available directly from The Macallan.&nbsp;&nbsp;All our whiskies are subject to availability and so we are unable to confirm specific expressions currently available in The Macallan Boutiques.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Can I contact someone by phone for assistance with my online order? 

Yes, engraving is available on a selection of our Double Cask and Sherry Oak expressions, including 12, 15 and 18 Years Old.&nbsp;When selecting an engraved bottle, you will be invited to personalise your message within a set number of lines and characters. We recommend reviewing your inscription carefully before completing your order, as engraving details cannot be amended once confirmed.&nbsp;Please allow up to 10 working days for your engraved order to be carefully prepared prior to dispatch.&nbsp;Please note that engraving is limited to standard characters and we are unable to accommodate emojis, accents or special symbols. Messages containing inappropriate language will not be processed.&nbsp;

Can I engrave my bottle?

We do not currently sell gift cards for The Macallan Online Boutique. However, we do have an extensive range of single malt whiskies available to buy online, as well as a luxurious Lifestyle Collection which features a coveted selection of glassware, tableware and cocktail apparatus; apparel, distinct outdoor and travel pieces; and bespoke art, stationery, dining and fragrance accessories which offer an assortment of gifts for whisky lovers.&nbsp;

We do not accept returns unless it is in regard to the following:Damaged, Missing or Wrong Item:&nbsp;If you receive your order and find any of the items to be damaged, missing, or not what you ordered. We can either refund you or resend your correct items. On some occasions the fulfilment center will ask you to ship the item back by providing a return label or call tag.Mistake or Wrong Engraving:&nbsp;If you receive your engraved item(s) and it is wrong in any way we can ask the fulfilment center to re-do the engraving and send a new bottle(s). In some cases, the fulfilment center will send a return label for the wrong item.If it falls into one of these categories, please notify us at <a href="mailto:themacallan@liquidecommerce.co">themacallan@liquidecommerce.co</a> within 72 hours of delivery by email or complete the enquiry form via the website&nbsp;<a href="https://www.themacallan.com/en/support/contact-us">here</a>.&nbsp;

Can I return my purchase?

We work hard to ensure that orders are processed to a high standard. If, upon delivery of your order, the goods are damaged or incorrect, please email your order number and proof of damage to themacallan@liquidcommerce.coPlease provide as much information as possible in the email to enable us to handle your enquiry as quickly as possible, including photos of:- The bottle/item- The inside packaging/packing material- The outside of the packagePlease let us know if you prefer a refund, discount (if damage does not affect the taste), or a replacement item.I am missing items from my orderWhile we do our best to ensure that orders with multiple products arrive together, it is not always possible. In most cases when we need to ship separately, the products will arrive within 24 hours of each other.If it has been over 24 hours and you have not received all of your items, please contact us.My order came without the boxSome products ship without the box because that is by design. If there is supposed to be a box included it will ship with the item ordered. On some more delicate boxes they may be flattened and shipped within the packing materials so there is no damage.

Cancellations & Refunds

Ground Shipping Orders&nbsp;Ground Shipping orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. We may still be able to accommodate your request, however this cannot be guaranteed."Get It Now" On-Demand &amp; Same-Day Orders&nbsp;These orders are processed immediately upon receipt. Due to the expedited nature of this service, cancellations are generally not possible, though you may contact us to inquire.&nbsp;Scheduled Delivery Orders&nbsp;Orders scheduled for future delivery may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled delivery date. We will make every effort to accommodate such requests submitted with appropriate advance notice.

Can I cancel my order?

Once a refund is agreed upon between the customer and our support agent, it will be processed immediately. Please note, if you send a package back to us, you will be refunded once the package is tracked for return.Refunds can take 24-72 hours to appear back in your account. This depends upon the bank card that was used and their policies.

How long will my refund take?

Due to our strict verification policy, if we cannot verify that all your information is correct, we cannot process your order.You will either have to contact your credit card company and have them rectify the situation or provide us with another credit card to be used for purchase. My card was declined. How can I get my order to go through?

When your package ships, a packing slip will be included with the item(s). This contains the billing and shipping addresses, a list of the item or items in the order, and any personalized messages that were engraved on any of the bottles.The packing slips do not include pricing information. If you require an invoice, please refer to the order receipt email that you received when you placed your order.

How can I be sure pricing is not included with my gift?

Gift Cards

Gift cards are sent electronically to the purchaser and can then be printed or forwarded to the recipient. We are currently unable to include gift messages with gift card orders.

How do I send a gift card to someone else?

The gift card has no expiration date.

How long is my gift card valid for?
