Event Terms and Conditions Nordics

The Macallan is owned by The Macallan Distillers Limited, a private limited company (registered in Scotland No. 024068), and our registered office is at The Macallan Distillery, Craigellachie, Banffshire, AB38 9RX. The Macallan Distillers Limited is part of the Edrington group of companies -details of these companies can be found here. Experiences (including all events) relating to The Macallan brand for the markets of Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark are delivered by Edrington Sweden AB, with its place of business at Luntmakargatan 46, Box 5341, 102 47 Stockholm, Sweden (“we” or “the Company”).   

The following terms and conditions (the “Terms”), together with any information contained in any invitation/s, booking forms, booking confirmation, and email communications, apply to all Experiences run or organised the Company.  

On booking, you agree on your own behalf and on behalf of all guests which form your party to be bound by these Terms.
