The Colour Collection begins in our vineyards in Jerez de la Frontera, where our sherry journey begins. We celebrate the vibrant culture, community and craftsmanship behind the creation of sherry wine. It is this sherry that seasons each of our exceptional oak casks that, in turn, imparts aroma, flavour and natural colour to each of our whiskies.

Double Cask Collection focuses on sherry wine as seasoner of our exceptional oak casks. It reflects the wood origin story from the forest in Europe and USA to our cooperages and bodegas in Jerez, where our oak casks are created, toasted and seasoned before they make their journey to The Macallan Estate.

The Sherry Oak Collection brings the sherry and wood story home to The Macallan Estate in Speyside, Scotland. It is here that these casks are filled with our new make spirit, beginning years of patient maturation. Shaped by craft, spanning continents and time, our signature character is formed - aromas, flavours and natural colour drawn. An extraordinary journey that ensures every drop of The Macallan is a testament to the mastery and tradition that define us.
