After years of careful maturation, The Macallan Carta Nautica, 105 Proof brings together a carefully curated selection of sherry seasoned American oak casks alongside casks that once held bourbon, including some that curiously completed their maturation in sherry seasoned American oak.
The result is a rewarding, well-travelled triumvirate. 'Proof' is a traditional measure of alcohol strength, where 105 proof is equivalent to 52.5% ABV.
