麥卡倫酒廠最多可以提前三個月接受預訂。 根據網站上預約表格的時間，一次可能只顯示兩個月。 最新預約日期於每個月初發佈。 對於超過三個月以上的預約需求，請稍後再造訪該網站。 若要查看目前可預約的日期，請點選您想要體驗項目的「立即預約」。
麥卡倫酒廠不適合兒童來訪。 參與體驗的貴賓必須年滿 18 歲。 麥卡倫酒吧及一樓僅開放年滿 18 歲者入內—實施「 Challenge 25 」政策，請記得隨身攜帶身份證件。
