The Distillery that we created was an opportunity for us to challenge the notions of traditional distilling, to reimagine it in a way that took us beyond tomorrow.  

Ingredients to Inspire: 
Double Cask 12 Years Old 
30ml  Pink Grapefruit juice 
10ml Sugar syrup 
Pinch of sea salt 
Top up with soda or tonic and garnish with a pink grapefruit wedge.

A proud symbol of Scotland, The River Spey weaves its way through the heart of Speyside and The Macallan Estate.

These waters form a key part of our whisky-making process, as well as providing everlasting inspiration to always hold close and value the nature that surrounds us.  

Ingredients to Inspire: 
50 ml The Macallan Sherry Oak 12 Years Old 
20 ml Oloroso sherry 
Ginger ale 
Garnish with a lemon twist.

The colour red has a deep and long-standing significance for The Macallan, and has found expression in our processes, products and through key people in our history, as a symbol of our continual pursuit of excellence.

Ingredients to Inspire: 
40ml The Macallan Rare Cask 
20ml Campari 
10ml Oloroso sherry or Manzanilla  
Finish with a flamed orange zest and garnish with a magnolia leaf.

It is our oak casks that make the greatest contribution to the quality, natural colour and distinctive aromas and flavours which lie at the heart of The Macallan single malt. The perfect harmony of American and European sherry seasoned oak casks is captured in the flavour of this traditional style of whisky cocktail. A fresh, bright, citrus finish.

Ingredients to Inspire:
50ml The Macallan Double Cask 15 Years Old 
Sugar cube 
2 dashes of orange bitters 
Fresh, clean ice

The Macallan Estate is home to a collection of black-ended casks holding peated The Macallan. The smoke-infused spirit matured in these sherry seasoned oak casks has gathered distinction and depth over decades. 

Subtly smoky and brooding it may be, but the whisky possesses the spark and breeding of a true The Macallan.

Ingredients to Inspire: 
M Black, served in a smoked Lalique crystal glass over a block of black ice. 
To enhance the flavour experience, serve alongside a bowl of puffed barley seasoned in yeast extract.

Our story can only continue today as a result of those who went before us. The wisdom of our forefathers, the influence of wine on our unmistakable taste and our iconic whisky that has been produced on The Macallan Estate for almost two hundred years are celebrated within this marvellously fresh serve.
