Ingredients:
30ml Colour Collection 18 Years Old
10ml Red apple and Albariño mix
Method:
For the Apple and Albariño mix: Blend 2 slices of red apple with 60ml of dry Albariño wine, strain and refrigerate. Add 30ml Colour Collection 18 Years Old to a mixing glass with 10ml of the apple mix and stir over ice. Strain and serve in a narrow white wine glass.
We recommend serving in a white wine glass.
