The full, mature whisky showcases coconut in a toasted form, alongside crème caramel, white chocolate, and vanilla beans on the nose, giving way to coconut truffle, lime marmalade and frangipane on the palate. On the nose and the palate, coconut is intriguingly clear, a distinct note in a whisky shaped by quiet harmony. A combination of maturation and meticulous selection have created this stand-out single malt.

Inspired by our deep-rooted connection to the natural world, The Macallan Harmony Collection embraces the use of organic materials in its packaging, creating beauty from resources at the end of their natural lives.
The coconut character derives from natural characteristics present in the American oak casks, with predominantly virgin oak being used. Bourbon American oak has finessed the whisky to a satisfying degree. In their selection, the Whisky Mastery Team has directed coconut qualities to the stage without dominating the overall performance. The final expression is an ensemble showing of restful maturation and the influence of American oak, brought together with considerable skill.

The Macallan Harmony Collection Inspired by Toasted Coconut is presented in an innovative material that gives new life to coconut waste. The presentation box is crafted using paper that incorporates discarded coconut fibres. Using an emission free combustion process, waste coconut coir and shells are charred to produce charcoal, which imparts a natural black colour to the paper.
