For the sixth and concluding chapter of the Collection, the Whisky Mastery Team have created two exceptional single malt whiskies, each exuding a distinct note of coconut, rarely present in The Macallan. The Whisky Mastery Team skilfully drew the unique note through precise cask selection and maturation expertise, showcasing the balance between the science and art of whisky making.
The journey of The Harmony Collection concludes where it began: The Macallan Estate. Here, the story comes full circle through the TimeSpirit Dining Experience, a remarkable collaboration with the world-renowned El Celler de Can Roca.

Harmonious Flavour
This release is an embodiment of where the science and art of whisky making meet in complementary balance. Bringing forward a note rarely present in The Macallan, through the considerable skill of the Whisky Mastery Team and the natural benevolence of carefully selected oak.
Maturation is a key element to the development of flavour in our single malts. Specifically selected casks have developed coconut notes through the high levels of oak lactones found in the wood, allowing this rare and distinctive note to shine in the finished whisky.
The whisky is presented in an innovative material that gives new life to waste coconut. The whisky presentation box is crafted using paper that incorporates discarded coconut fibres. Leveraging an emission free combustion process, the waste coconut coir and shells are charred to produce charcoal, which then imparts a natural black colour to the paper.
